Checking on your order

Items shipped from warehouse in one week from purchase. This does not include transit time. You may email us for the status of your order. We will be glad to let you know the date your order was shipped. We will be shipping by USPS priority mail only.  If an unusual delay occurs, we will assist in the tracking of your order.

    * Orders over $150.00 (merchandise subtotal) ship Free via USPS Priority Mail Domestic Parcels ONLY
    * All exchanges will be sent to you FREE of shipping costs.
    * Please note that we cannot ship Second Day Air or Next Day Air to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S.       protectorates, including Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

We do not require a signature upon delivery of your parcel. However, we are not responsible for theft or loss. If you need a signature requirement, please list this in the notes section of your order so that we can accommodate you accordingly. **Note additional charges apply**

International Customers: The best ship method is Global Express Mail. Global Express gives the ability to track the package whereas all other ship methods do not. Delivery times are also much better. Please select a ship method appropriate for your order.
